Forest Bathing

Embrace Wellness In Nature’s Sanctuary

Find Peace Within The Trees

Forest bathing is the simple yet profound practice of slowing down and immersing yourself in the living presence of the woodland. Born in Japan as Shinrin-yoku, it invites us to step gently beneath the trees, opening our senses to the calm, rhythm, and wisdom of nature.

This practice is known to lower stress, balance energy, and bring the mind, body, and spirit back into harmony. The forest becomes a sanctuary of stillness, where breath deepens, tension softens, and inner peace returns.

In my work, I weave these traditions with Celtic folklore and the ancient medicine of our own healing trees. Here, wellness meets spirituality, and the woods become a sacred space for restoration, remembrance, and soulful connection.

Daniel led a wonderful walk through Scarborough’s rose garden. Afterwards, I felt peaceful, relaxed, and free from stress — and the roses smelled absolutely divine.
