By booking a session, event, ceremony, workshop, retreat, readings, or purchasing products through daniellefey.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Professional Scope & Discretion

 

Daniel Le Fey reserves the right to refuse, pause, or discontinue any treatment, session, ceremony, reading, event, workshop, retreat, or service if, in professional judgement, it is not suitable, safe, or appropriate.

​

Daniel Le Fey works within the scope of holistic wellbeing practice and does not:

  • Diagnose medical or psychological conditions.

  • Prescribe medication, substances, or medical treatments.

  • Interfere with care provided by licensed medical professionals.

  • Replace medical, psychiatric, or emergency services.

 

Clients are encouraged to seek advice from a GP or licensed healthcare professional for physical or mental health concerns.

Client Understanding & Consent

 

Clients and participants understand that:

  • Holistic sessions and events are complementary and not a substitute for medical or psychological care.

  • Sessions aim to support relaxation, balance, reflection, and overall wellbeing.

  • Outcomes vary between individuals and no guarantees can be offered.

  • Long-standing imbalances or patterns may require multiple sessions.

   

Health Declaration, Waiver & Personal Responsibility

By attending any session, treatment, reading, event, wellness morning/session, wellbeing fayre, talk, ritual, ceremony, workshop, walk, retreat, or pilgrimage, you confirm that:

​

  • You take full responsibility & accountability for your own physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing.

  • You will disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, medications, or support needs in advance.

  • You participate voluntarily, at your own risk, and confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate

  • You understand that activities may include gentle movement, meditation, mindfulness, holistic therapy, outdoor walking, emotional reflection, or group settings.

  • You understand that holistic practices, outdoor environments, group work, and reflective or spiritual experiences may involve inherent risks, including physical, emotional, or environmental factors.

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Daniel Le Fey shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, illness, or damage arising from participation, except where caused by proven negligence.

Safeguarding & Protection of Vulnerable Adults

​

Daniel Le Fey is committed to providing safe, respectful, and inclusive spaces for all.

​

Safeguarding is taken seriously, particularly in relation to adults who may be vulnerable due to age, disability, illness, mental health challenges, trauma, or personal circumstances.

​

Daniel Le Fey:

  • Holds a current DBS check.

  • Is fully insured through Westminster Indemnity (Professional Indemnity & Public Liability).

  • Maintains clear professional boundaries.

  • Works ethically, respectfully, and with care at all times.

 

If a safeguarding concern arises, it will be handled sensitively and appropriately. Where required, concerns may be shared with relevant authorities to protect individuals at risk.

Confidentiality may be broken if there is a risk of serious harm to yourself or others, or where disclosure is required by law.

​

Children & Young People Policy

 

Unless clearly stated otherwise, sessions, workshops, holistic therapies, ceremonies, retreats, courses and events offered by Daniel Le Fey are designed for adults aged 18 and over.

​

Children and young people under 18 may only attend where the event has been explicitly advertised as suitable for them and must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

​

Parents and guardians remain fully responsible for the safety, supervision, and wellbeing of their child throughout the event.

​

Daniel Le Fey does not provide childcare services and does not accept responsibility for unsupervised minors.

​

Professional Boundaries & Code of Conduct

​

All offerings are delivered within clear professional boundaries.

​

Daniel Le Fey will not engage in:

​

  • Inappropriate physical contact.

  • Emotional dependency, coercion, or manipulation.

  • Exploitation of vulnerability or power imbalance.

  • Sexual, financial, or inappropriate personal relationships with clients.

​

Participants are expected to:

​

  • Treat others with kindness, respect, and courtesy.

  • Respect confidentiality within group settings.

  • Honour personal boundaries and diverse experiences.

  • Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour.

 

Daniel Le Fey reserves the right to end a session or ask a participant to leave an event if behaviour compromises safety, respect, or wellbeing. In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed.

Events, Walks, Workshops, Ceremonies, Fayres, Rituals & Retreats

​

  • Attendance is at your own risk.

  • You are responsible for suitable clothing, footwear, hydration, and personal care.

  • Outdoor events proceed unless conditions are unsafe.

  • Daniel Le Fey is not responsible for loss, damage, or injury during attendance.

​

Retreats:

​

  • Full payment is required by the stated deadline (usually 4 weeks prior).

  • Payments are non-refundable.

  • If Daniel Le Fey cancels, a full refund will be offered.

  • Travel, accommodation, and personal insurance are the participant’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

​

Animals & Dogs Policy

 

Unless clearly stated in the event description, workshops, ceremonies, retreats, and sessions are not animal-friendly environments.

This policy protects participants with allergies, phobias, or additional needs and ensures a calm and safe group space in line with venue and insurance requirements.

​

Registered assistance dogs are welcome where legally required. Please notify Daniel Le Fey in advance so appropriate arrangements can be considered.

​

If an animal is brought to a session that has not been advertised as animal-friendly, you may be asked to remove the animal from the venue. If this is not possible, you may be unable to participate, and a refund will not be issued.

​

Online Courses & Digital Programmes

​

This section applies to all online courses, digital programmes, prerecorded content, live online sessions, memberships, or downloadable materials purchased through daniellefey.com.

​

Access & Usage

​

  • Access to online courses is granted to the named purchaser only.

  • Login details and course material must not be shared without seeking Daniel Le Fey's permission.

  • Course materials are for personal use only.

  • Reproduction, recording, redistribution, or resale of any content is strictly prohibited.

All materials remain the intellectual property of Daniel Le Fey.

Digital Content Disclaimer

​

Online courses are educational and reflective in nature. They do not constitute medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.

Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own responsibility.
You agree to take full responsibility for how you interpret and apply the material.

​

Live Online Sessions

​

For live online classes or group calls:

  • You are responsible for your own internet connection and technical setup.

  • Sessions may be recorded for participants who cannot attend live.

  • Respectful conduct is required at all times.

  • Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal without refund.

​

Community & Confidentiality

​

Where courses include group discussion spaces (e.g. private groups or live calls):

  • Participants must respect confidentiality.

  • Personal stories shared within the group must not be discussed outside the course space.

  • Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

 

Access may be revoked if community guidelines are breached.

​

Spiritual & Reflective Content Notice

​

Some online courses, holistic therapies. rituals & ceremonies may explore spiritual, ceremonial, or reflective themes. These are offered for personal growth and enrichment and are not a substitute for professional therapy or medical treatment.

​

Participants are responsible for ensuring the material is suitable for their own beliefs, health, and circumstances.​

​

Holistic Therapy Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy (Client Cancellations)

 

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule a 1:1 session, at least 48 hours’ notice is required.

​

• Cancellations made with 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled or refunded (excluding any non-refundable deposit where applicable).
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full with no refunds but have the option to reschedule when possible.
• Failure to attend a booked session without notice (“no-show”) will be charged in full, and no refunds or rescheduling will be given.

​

Deposits & Payments In person & Online

​

  • Deposits must be paid in full to secure dates.

  • Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • Deposits are refunded in full if Daniel Le Fey cancels.

  • Limited-space events may require full payment in advance, as stated on the listing.

​

Due to the nature of digital content:

  • Refunds are not available once course access has been granted or digital materials have been downloaded.

  • If a live online course is cancelled by Daniel Le Fey, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.​

​

Online Store | Physical & Digital Products

​​​

  • Unused and undamaged items may be returned within 14 days for a full refund.

  • Digital products, once downloaded, are non-refundable.

  • Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility.

  • After 14 days, all sales are final.

  • Repairs may be offered where appropriate.

Readings

 

Under UK law, Tarot, Oracle, and Scrying readings are provided for entertainment purposes only.

​

Handfastings

​

  • Handfastings are spiritual ceremonies and are not legally binding marriages in England and Wales.

  • Deposits are required immediately to secure your booking.

  • Final payment must be made no later than one month before the ceremony date.

​

Photography & Media Consent

 

Photography or video may be taken during sessions, events, retreats, or ceremonies for promotional or archival use.

By attending, you consent to this unless you notify Daniel Le Fey prior to the event.

​

Privacy & Data Protection

 

All personal data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR regulations.
Information is kept confidential and never shared without consent unless legally required.
