Step away from the noise of everyday life and immerse yourself in a guided 60-minute online forest bathing session designed to restore calm, balance, and inner connection. From the comfort of your home, you’ll be led through a gentle journey using meditation, mindfulness, and visualisation, accompanied by the soothing sounds of wild woodland, to bring healing, tranquillity, and a reconnection to your soul’s nature. Forest bathing is known to reduce stress, calm the nervous system, lower blood pressure, and support deeper sleep. It encourages clarity, focus, and a renewed sense of balance for both body and mind. This session offers a sacred pause—a chance to breathe, release tension, and reconnect with your natural rhythm and inner self. During the experience, practices are tailored to your needs and may include: Mindful Meditation – Grounding and centring your awareness in the present moment. Visualisation Journeys – Travel through the forest in your mind to awaken healing energy. Nature Soundscapes – Immerse yourself in the calming sounds of trees, birds, and streams. Reflection & Insight – Gentle prompts to help you connect with your inner wisdom and clarity. Sessions are guided by Daniel, whose earth-based spirituality, connection to Celtic tree traditions, and experience in mindfulness and healing bring depth and authenticity to every journey. Cancellation Policy
We honour your time, your journey, and the energy shared within every session. Whether in person or online, we strive to provide a safe, respectful, and nurturing space for healing and transformation. Appointments All sessions must be booked in advance via our online system, email, or direct communication with Daniel. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Rescheduling & Cancellations Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduling within 48 hours is subject to availability. Cancellations 48 hours in advance can be refunded or rescheduled. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged in full. No-shows are charged in full. Lateness Please arrive on time. Sessions may not be extended due to Daniel's availability, and the full fee applies if late. Online Sessions Held via secure platforms (e.g., Zoom). Ensure a quiet, private space with a reliable internet connection. Have items like a journal, water, or cushion nearby. Sessions are never recorded without consent. Technical issues on your end may result in rescheduling; no refunds are offered for these. Forest Bathing & Outdoor Eco Therapy Sessions may involve uneven ground, natural hazards, and changing weather. Sessions proceed in all weather—dress appropriately. Extreme conditions may allow rescheduling. No refunds are offered. Participants are responsible for informing the facilitator of any health conditions. Participation is at your own risk; the facilitator cannot accept liability for accidents or injuries. Mindfulness & Ecotherapy May include meditation, journalling, breathwork, visualisations, and gentle movement. Participate at your own pace. These practices support wellbeing but are not a replacement for medical or psychological treatment.
