Step away from the noise of everyday life and immerse yourself in a private forest bathing session designed just for you — either outdoors in nature or online from the comfort of your home. Whether among the trees or through a guided inner journey, you’ll experience deep relaxation, gentle healing, and a renewed connection to your authentic self. Forest bathing is known to reduce stress, lower blood pressure, calm the nervous system, and support deeper sleep. It brings clarity, focus, and concentration while restoring balance to both mind and body. This session is an opportunity to pause, breathe, and realign with the natural rhythm within and around you. Your experience blends mindfulness, meditation, and nature-based healing with gentle practices tailored to your needs. Together, we may weave in: Tree Healing Rituals – Receive grounding and restorative energy from the trees. Earth Ceremonies – Simple practices to honour the land and deepen your connection with nature. Journalling – Reflect, release, and capture insights that arise during your journey. Life Coaching – Gentle guidance to integrate discoveries into your daily life with clarity and purpose. Sessions are guided by Daniel, whose deep love of the trees is rooted in his background as a trained conservationist, his earth-based spirituality through druidry and ovate practice, and his passion for Celtic tree folklore, mindfulness, and healing. This unique blend brings both depth and authenticity to your forest bathing journey. Whether you’re seeking spiritual connection, emotional healing, or support through life’s transitions, each 1-to-1 session is held in a safe, nurturing space. You’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more centred — with a clearer sense of direction and a deeper connection to your true, authentic self.
Cancellation Policy
We honour your time, your journey, and the energy shared within every session. Whether in person or online, we strive to provide a safe, respectful, and nurturing space for healing and transformation. Appointments All sessions must be booked in advance via our online system, email, or direct communication with Daniel. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Rescheduling & Cancellations Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduling within 48 hours is subject to availability. Cancellations 48 hours in advance can be refunded or rescheduled. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged in full. No-shows are charged in full. Lateness Please arrive on time. Sessions may not be extended due to Daniel's availability, and the full fee applies if late. Online Sessions Held via secure platforms (e.g., Zoom). Ensure a quiet, private space with a reliable internet connection. Have items like a journal, water, or cushion nearby. Sessions are never recorded without consent. Technical issues on your end may result in rescheduling; no refunds are offered for these. Forest Bathing & Outdoor Eco Therapy Sessions may involve uneven ground, natural hazards, and changing weather. Sessions proceed in all weather—dress appropriately. Extreme conditions may allow rescheduling. No refunds are offered. Participants are responsible for informing the facilitator of any health conditions. Participation is at your own risk; the facilitator cannot accept liability for accidents or injuries. Mindfulness & Ecotherapy May include meditation, journalling, breathwork, visualisations, and gentle movement. Participate at your own pace. These practices support wellbeing but are not a replacement for medical or psychological treatment.
