We will walk a 5 layered Labyrinth. Journeying into our Spirituality and Psychy for Health and Healing.

On the first level we explore our Childhood. 👼

On the second level we explore issues surrounding ourselves as lovers and our relationships with others. 👬👫👭

On the third layer we explore issues surrounding our parents/family/guardians and ourselves as parents.🤱

During the forth layer we explore issues around growing older, seeing ourselves as Crones or Sages. 🧝‍♂️🧙‍♂️

Finally on the 5th layer we look at our attitude surrounding, Spirituality, Death and what may come next. 🕉

This is a 4 hour walk so please be prepared. We will so be using Therapeutic and Ceremonial skills to support this transformational process. The deeper you dive into your subconscious the more rewarding this will be.

A notebook and pen you may also wish to draw.

Good walking boots.

A bottle of water.

Food/snacks to keep your energy levels up.

Comfortable clothing.

This workshop is not suitable for wheelchair users due to the terrain. We will be taking a slow steady meditive pace but please ask if you have any requirements. 💜
