Kinesiology
From allergies to stress – a pathway to balance and vitality.
Service Description
Kinesiology is a holistic therapy that brings together the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, modern chiropractic techniques, and the Touch for Health system. By working with the body’s energy meridians and using gentle muscle testing, it identifies where stress, tension, or imbalance is held and helps the body return to a natural state of harmony. This therapy supports the body’s innate healing ability, guiding you back to balance on a physical, emotional, and energetic level. Each treatment lasts around an hour and a half, allowing plenty of time to explore the underlying causes of imbalance. Gentle muscle testing is used as a feedback system, revealing where the body needs support. A variety of techniques may be applied, including acupressure, emotional stress release, Brain Gym activities, Bach Flower Remedies, nutritional advice, and supplement testing. Every session is personalised, offering a unique journey of self-healing and discovery. The benefits of kinesiology are wide-ranging. Physically, it can relieve pain, ease frozen shoulders, support healthy digestion, and provide relief from IBS, headaches, and migraines. It can also be used to identify food intolerances and allergies, helping the body cope more effectively with sensitivities. On an emotional level, kinesiology can gently release stress, soothe anxiety, and assist with past trauma—bringing a sense of peace and clarity. By rebalancing energy flow, clients often experience greater vitality, improved sleep, and enhanced overall wellbeing. Touch for Health, an important part of kinesiology, focuses on balancing the body’s energy through meridian techniques and simple yet effective corrections. These methods not only relieve discomfort in the moment but also encourage long-term resilience and harmony. Whether you are seeking relief from pain, support with emotional stress, guidance with nutrition, or simply a way to nurture your whole self, kinesiology offers a deeply restorative and enlightening path. Each session is a chance to pause, reconnect, and realign with your body’s natural wisdom.
